If anyone has tried the Oh Snap brand pickled veggies, you probably know how addicting they are - and tiny! I recently fell in love with the pretty peas, and wanted to set out on making them myself. Use cleaned and cut snap peas for even easier preparation!

Ingredients
2 cups Snap Peas
1 1/2 cups Rice Vinegar
2 cups Water
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
Instructions
Trim and remove strings from snap peas. Wash. (I buy washed and trimmed for easier preparation).
Bring vinegar, water, salt & sugar to a boil. While waiting, add peas, dill, garlic, and fennel to 1 large and 1 medium mason jar (1 qt and 1 pint).
Once the liquid is boiled and cooled slightly, carefully pour into both jars until the peas are covered.
Close the jars and refrigerate. They should be ready in 2-3 days.
