Bottle feeding supplies 🍼

I wanted to get some baby stuff posted before my littlest is no longer a baby

We exclusively formula-fed for various reasons. Here were our favorite mindful, minimal products:

*Formula pitcher - This one holds the daily recommended ounces of formula. Make one pitcher for the entire day! Pour however many ounces baby is eating at a time=less waste! Mixes with less bubbles for baby’s tummy.

*Tommee Tippee bottles - honestly use whatever bottles you and baby like best. We love these for the size, shape, ease of cleaning, and inserts below, especially when traveling! I like to stick with the 9 oz bottles for the entire year so everything matches. We kept about 8 bottles on rotation during those early weeks of round-the-clock feeding.

*Tommee Tippee formula inserts - these are game changers. I had so many people ask about these. You pour between 2-6 oz of powder into the inserts, they SIT inside the bottle with water already prepared, and you pour them right into the bottle and shake when ready to use. If you don’t end up needing a bottle, nothing is wasted. These were amazing for late night feeds; we’d just have a few ready to mix at any time.

*Munchkin Bottle Drying rack - There may be better options for drying racks by now, but we’ve had this one for 5 years with minimal complaints.

*Munchkin Weighted Straw cups - we love these ones for water-only because the straws are harder to clean. However, they are the best in that they come with handles, weighted straw and virtually leak proof.

*Munchkin Bottle brushes - For scrubbing those parts the dishwasher can’t reach - use for both bottles and straw cups

*mushie Training Cup - I love this one for both formula and transitioning to whole milk at one. It’s one of the only cups I could find that is easy to clean, has handles, doesn’t immediately pop open if dropped, and just dang cute. I have two of these for Mr. Lee 

Other items that our hospital provided and I would recommend having: Bottle brush + wash basin. I used a generic Gentle (purple) formula for all 3 kiddos.
